Shipping

All medical alert systems are shipped within 24-48 hours upon completion of the subscriber information form during normal administrative hours. Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

Return Policy

MedFirst Alert offers a 30 day money back guarantee.  If you are unhappy with our services for any reason within the 30 day period, simply call 1-800-595-0718 and request a return authorization number.

Other Terms

Refusal of any ordered shipment voids the 30 day return policy. Shipping is nonrefundable.

All returned items must be undamaged, and able to be resold. Subscriber accounts will continue to be charged until all items are received by MedFirst Alert.
